About Ally Angler

 Q: What is Ally Angler?

Ally Angler is a group of passionate fly anglers that are equally passionate about sharing our love of fly fishing with just about anyone, and especially members of the LGBTQ+ youth community. 

Q: What purpose does Ally Angler serve?

Ally Angler serves three main purposes: 

1. To acknowledge members of the LGBTQ+ community that are currently fly anglers and affirm that their presence makes our sport better than it would be without them.
2. To promote belonging in fly fishing for future anglers that are also members of the LGBTQ+ community.
3. To provide all anglers a way to showcase their support for a diverse and inclusive sport, and learn how to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
